carefully. Your orders are important and we make every effort
to ensure that your order is processed in the most efficient
and secure way.
When we receive your jewelry or book order, it is processed
within 2-3 business days (depending on gemstone availability).
After the order is processed, we will ship your order to you
or to the shipping address you have provided on the order
form. We ship the orders via 1st Class US Postal Service during
our business days, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard
Time. Custom Jewelry pieces take 2 weeks; Life Map orders
are completed within 3 weeks.
I am the sole creator of Ancient Design jewelry. I meditate
in my studio and then design a piece....then I gleefully break
the mold. Every piece is one-of-a-kind, like you. Spirit broke
the mold when She created you and I follow that lead. If you
select a piece that is already sold, for instance: a SoulMate
bracelet, know that there will always be another Soulmate
design, with Soulmate energy. The new design may be similar
to the piece you wanted, or have a different color or charm
as its focus. But that's the beauty of having your perfect
energy match. The themes I select will always be available
- but always different. Every snowflake is different, every
cloud different, every soul different. Be assured, your soul
will select the perfect jewelry energy for you. The prices
will vary according to the value of the stones and gems used
on each piece.
Ancient Design knows that you will love your purchase! However,
if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you
have 10 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item
for another piece.. You must contact Elaine@AncientDesign.com.
The jewelry must be in perfect condition as you received it
with copy of the receipt and original tags. You will be responsible
for shipping charges for an exchange. In the case of a size
variation (you wish the piece to be larger or smaller), a
$15 rewire charge will be required as well as shipping charges.

want to exchange your purchase, please send an email to Elaine@AncientDesign.com
and we will provide you with the necessary information to
ship the item(s).
Jewelry that is created as a custom design on a commission
basis is not returnable unless the piece arrives damaged.
Ancient Design guarantees that the piece will match the final
design you approved including the dimensions of the piece,
the stones and metals used.
California State Tax (8.5%) will be added to your order. When
ordering on line, PayPal will include the appropriate tax
upon check-out.
Some
items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size
due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items
may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to
clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order
to show the entire item.
Ancient Design has several options available for ordering:
-Mail-in
order form. Click on the link*, fill in all of your
information on the form including the item numbers you wish
to order, print the form and mail to the address located at
the bottom of the form. Remember to include your payment.
Company or personal checks and cashiers checks are preferred.
Do not send cash. Ancient Design also accepts Master Card
and Visa. We may need to contact you by telephone to verify
your credit card information.

button next to the item you wish to order. For your convenience
we offer on line payment through PayPal. PayPal is a fast,
easy, safe and secure. When you send money with PayPal, your
financial information is never shared, and is protected using
the highest level of encryption commercially available. PayPal
is owned by eBay and processes millions of transactions. First-time
users of PayPal will need to setup a PayPal account. To order
